Last week, it was a privilege to be invited by the NZ Ministry of Education NCEA Languages Implementation Facilitators to talk about how Education Perfect (EP) can support every student in preparation for their online languages assessments. Languages educators in Aotearoa New Zealand are faced with the challenge of preparing their students for all examinations to be online this year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Leveraging Tailored Resources for Exam Prep<\/h3>\n

We began the session by sharing the existing resources that are available within EP\u2019s platform that can be used and adapted to prepare students for listening, reading, writing and speaking in their online exams. This includes our newest content, featuring authentic visual text lessons in authentic learning contexts. We demonstrated how these existing resources can be brought into an online exam environment and edited to adapt questions to exam style.<\/p>\n

We then showed teachers how they can create their own custom exam questions within the platform using our content creation tools. This includes both listening and reading exam questions for external exam practice, as well as speaking and writing questions for students\u2019 internal assessments.<\/p>\n
